Fun Times RV Center, Inc likes to share valuable and factual information when available.
We have been informed of wholesale dealers making claims that your local dealers do not have staffed service technicans or anyone who can help you and that they have a network nationwide. Fact: Fun Times RV Center has Certified Technicans on staff who can help you during business hours. When you are under factory warranty, Forest River has you covered NATIONWIDE and has a huge network to help you 24/7. You do not have to fill out a warranty claim on line (hard to do if you don't have computer access) before getting assistance. You call the number and a person will help you. When you are out of factory warranty and if you have purchased an extended policy same information is applicable. Don't be fooled by misleading information.
Dealers don't have to service your RV if you do not buy from them and this is unacceptable. True and False. Dealers you do not buy from do not have to put your repairs above customers who have purchased from them. Their customers do come first you may have to wait until they have an opening which can be a longer wait. Dealers want to take care of customers who purchased a unit from them you cannot fault a dealer for caring about them can you?
